I’ve banked another week of training out here in Girona, and I thought I’d share what goes on during my long-run days.
I’m still figuring things out and testing the waters with this video format. This one is a different vibe to last weeks’. It might be an improvement, it might not. Please do let me know your thoughts on it.

This run closed out the week, and brought me up to 78.6km (total training across all sports was 28hrs 30mins). This is actually up there with the biggest run weeks I’ve done… and those previous ones weren’t backed up with consistency in the preceding and following weeks like this one. So, hopefully, some good improvements are being made!
Anyway, this run specifically was gorgeous, and I hope that comes across in the video.
